Beef Steak Mushroom Sauce


  • 300 gr of lean beef
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 5 champignon mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 200 cc of white UHT milk
  • A little nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 onion, chopped
  • 1 powder broth
  • Complementary:
  • Boiled vegetables (I use corn and beans)
  • French fries

Step 1

Smear the meat with salt, pepper, and thyme leaves, leave for a while

Step 2

Heat margarine in a pan, add the meat and return to the other side every 1 minute

Step 3

Put the meat in the microwave for 1 minute or you can use a hot oven for 10 minutes

Step 4

Lift the meat, cut into thin pieces. Pour the remaining meat sauce over it.

Step 5

For mushroom sauce: heat margarine, saute onions and mushrooms, add milk and give a solution of cornstarch + flour (dilute the flour with a little water). Cook until it bursts, turn off the heat.

Step 6

Serve the meat with the sauce, as well as boiled vegetables and fries
